Feeling sad!

I am feeling very sad tonight. We have made the decision today to have our gorgeous dog put to sleep on Saturday. He has been such an integral part of our lives for the last 9 years it's going to be very tough not to have him around. Am trying hard to remember what a happy life he has had and that we are doing the kindest thing.

I will be thinking of you tomorrow. I've had to say good bye to two lovely dogs we had in our family for 13 and 14 years respectively. It is not easy but you know when your dog's quality of life is not good any more. It is much nicer for them to go out of this world with a painless injection and cuddles from you. x

So sorry to hear this. We have ferrets so their life isnt long and each time its heartbreaking.

The vet told me to think of all the fun we'd had and what a lucky, happy life they'd had.

It doesnt help much but brings a smile now and then. :1b

We scattered his ashes today and it all made it so final x Thoughts and tears are with you x
