narnia Posted July 3, 2012 Share Posted July 3, 2012 Two weeks ago i had surgery to replace the nipple I lost during my breast cancer surgery, today was the big unveiling, and well! all the stitches are out ( way more than I expected, it seemed like a big hairy caterpillar on my breast!), BUT,it looks sensational, I am delighted, so let's hope it's here to stay! Surgeon asked if i had any questions, so I said yes, I would like his and my nurses opinion on something about the nipple please? They both looked at it and I pulled out a pair of tassels i had in my pocket and said, 'I'm not sure, what do you think?? Velcro or blutak'???
