Poor Blondie- we haven't had too much at the moment and it's due to stop quite soon according to the forecast, just hoping there's enough to get the children excited tomorrow.

Well frankly by this morning not sure we could actually call it snow, it was quite icy. The children loved it of course - until their hands got cold! We had to leave our experiment in the kitchen until Monday though, surprising how long it takes to melt a large container of snow! The children are quite aware that it was full of snow today - we want to see how much water we get from it when it's all melted.

Everyone to Sunnyday's for roof skiing and sledging! Bags me the red sledge first!

Get the kettle on girlie and run out for marshmallows and chocolate!

Has snowed consistently all day here - has gone from that sort of dry fine snow to big soft snow flakes and now back to the drier fine stuff but thankfully all has just melted on contact with the ground........
