Cool Milk

This seems very strange !!!! I called and they apologised and passed it through to dairy team to call me but heard nothing back. I thought out local company had messed up but this seems as if it could be more a cool milk company issue !

Hmmm that's what I'm thinking - I will just have to get in touch and find out!

On our first day back we cannot have milk because our delivery days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I asked the milkman for the dairy's phone number and had more success with them. Coolmilk really don't care they just say amend the amount at the end of the week.

hi honeybee123 and welcome, I do get email each week, but don't always send in every week.....mainly because i can't be bothered to keep filling in the details , it really annoys me (I don't know why, it just does lol), nothing seems to happen when i leave it a couple of weeks there is just 2 on the list to sign off, but they email to say we wont have milk on Monday following hols as it isn't our delivery day, so i take milk in then it gets delivered, or if i leave it thinking we'll get some left anyway it doesn't get delivered.

I don't use them as heard conflicting reports.....just buy my own and get reimbursed through nursery milk. Appreciate that some may not have the ability to do this 'though.

If they 'mess me about' again I will have to look into that
