I thought out local company had messed up but this seems as if it could be more a cool milk company issue ! Quote

bubblejack Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 On our first day back we cannot have milk because our delivery days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. I asked the milkman for the dairy's phone number and had more success with them. Coolmilk really don't care they just say amend the amount at the end of the week. 1 Quote

Mouseketeer Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 hi honeybee123 and welcome, I do get email each week, but don't always send in every week.....mainly because i can't be bothered to keep filling in the details , it really annoys me (I don't know why, it just does lol), nothing seems to happen when i leave it a couple of weeks there is just 2 on the list to sign off, but they email to say we wont have milk on Monday following hols as it isn't our delivery day, so i take milk in then it gets delivered, or if i leave it thinking we'll get some left anyway it doesn't get delivered.
