I seem to have had a very busy week, nothing wildly exciting but lots on. Expand So pleased that you survived the night young Froglet! π I am feeling very sorry for myself this morning - our village is currently plagued with mosquitos - no idea why, same thing happened this time last year...the horrible little beasties just love me...already had a bite on each arm and yesterday morning whilst I was out and about I gained another one on my forehead (most attractive!) overnight I have been bitten on my left eyelid - for goodness sake - thanking all that is holy that I don't have to leave the house today - I look like I have done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. I fine it a really good deterrent, although you do need to be careful if using it in full strong sun as it can act like tanning oil. xx 1 Quote

I'd rather see better finished items - but I guess that makes boring TV! Although, that said some of the pattern challenge demonstration items have quiet a few glaring faults that Esme and Partrick seem to gloss over too!π Not sure about the presenter either he strikes me a being a bit bored by it! I'm not really sure if that is good or bad? π³ My one 'take-away' ( as they now like to say) about COVID is - nothing really matters other than home-life! I used to have lists about listsπ .... now I have the attitude 'if it gets done- it gets done' and I'm the only one that seems to notice if it doesn't get done, therefore nowadays I no longer get bother to get it done! π€£ Obvioulsy I do do the (very) basics π For example, normalyI would go in today, or this week and have a good clear out, but now I think 'well we're quiet the first week back- the staff can do it then! xx PS I will still buy new stationery though π , and I really miss the big Staples store we used to have nearby! π 2 Quote

Oh and apologies to all year settings - I still hope that the summer is kind to you x Wow - it is proper scorchio here this morning - not complaining βοΈ I begin two weeks of granddog sitting today - our dear little Sprocker - expecting her to be 'delivered' to me anytime now β€οΈ I seem to have had another busy week - again, I'm not complaining! I forgot to tell you that I have joined a 'ladies singing group' - it wouldn't be accurate to call it a 'choir' π wish that I had done this ages ago - I come out of there with a smile on my face and a spring in my step - it's just fabulous!
