Describes perfectly many of the toilets from back in the 50's and 60's! I thought we were dead posh when we had an extension built with a bathroom, previously it was an outside loo and the bath was in the kitchen!!!! I used to love the bit at the end of The Palladium with the revolving stage, and can clearly remember seeing the B&W Minstrels for the first time in colour at Stella's house.
