FSFRebecca
I've reviewed a book that would be incredibly useful if you were thinking of doing some work with your staff on observations, assessments and planning. I think it would be a great purchase. It could be delivered over a series of staff meetings and all the resources, ideas and training materials are either in the book or are downloadable from links detailed in the book. At £20 69 (on Amazon) it's not a cheap book - but if you viewed it as 'training' for a whole staff team it's a bargain! Will let you know what I think. Thank you for the recommendation.
