Hi All,

Planning some staff meetings for this term on the characterisitics of effective learning and wondered if anyone has done any staff training on this and if you have any tips please? Things you tried or that worked well? Thought perhaps I would use some video clips to support this...

Any ideas? Thank you!! xx

Hi

I developed some really simple training for my staff to help them understand what they were seeing in terms of characteristics. I used written case studies which the staff read and we discussed which characteristics were being shown by the child. I have attached all of the info I used in case it may help you.

Oh these are great thanks!

I have a member of staff on CofEL training but its not coming up until the end of november. But I will share the resources she returns from the training with you as well, even if it is just as a record on here. It might come in handy again in future.
