Well I'm thinking of putting a couple on disks (because they're flat and store better) and then printing of a couple of copies of chaper 5 and any other relevant bits. We will also have a full copy on the laptop- which is old and is actually the children's anyway! But still it's always there so a copy will always be available. 2
mundia Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 There's no reason at all that you have to have a hard copy. Some people prefer a hard copy for reading and making notes on. I just pu everything on my kindle for reading purposes, and stores on my PC for when I need it. 1
SueJ Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 I now save all these weighty tomes as pdfs. Once I have saved said weighty tomb I edit them highlighting and adding text notes just like a hard copy. I then use Dropbox so that I can access them on things like the Ipad when I am out and about. 1

SueJ Posted August 17, 2014 Posted August 17, 2014 I don't edit the text but once I have saved the pdf I load it up and then in Adobe (the free reader version I have is 10.1.11) add highlighting or text bubbles. I have put a picture on here of what I mean The Edit features particularly Find are also useful if you are searching for key phrases. 2

We've printed off the 27 page Chapter 5 version and will prob print the parents guide too (links from the SEND policy thread) the rest will be electronic as our continuing pledge to save trees!

Ooh good point I never checked! back to say I checked the link and it's all 278 pages! so a good buy in my scrooge like eyes!
