SueFinanceManager Posted August 5, 2012 Share Posted August 5, 2012 Talking of blubbing.....I was really tearful watching to two rowers who just missed out on gold and then had to be helped out of the boat and up to an interview with John Inverdale and by the time he had finished apologising for letting everyone down even John Inverdale was teary eyed and struggling to do the next link. Inge Posted August 20, 2012 Share Posted August 20, 2012 Reviving this one as I just watched the BBC2 drama - The Best of Men.. on how the Paralympics came into being.. well worth a watch.. and I do hope they advertise the events a bit more than they are now... I did not realise there is to be a 24 hr torch relay from Stoke Mandeville to the Olympic stadium.. I hope Channel 4 are able to televise a fair amount of the events...
