Guest Posted July 4, 2013 Share Posted July 4, 2013 Thank you so much for all the congratulations. It was a few weeks ago now but still feeling great! It really was all about child initiated learning, open ended questioning and taking a step back, listening to the child and taking the lead from them - all the things we know!!! once they had seen that in practice they didnt really delve into our planning or learning journals. I had three observations by two different inspectors and the lead inspector said he didn't want to leave - that the best compliment!!!
