Froglet Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 The sky is grey, my feet are frozen, I feel wheezy and miserable, I'm bored of planning, people from school keep sending me irritating me e-mails and I'm fed up! I can't possibly justify making more cake or biscuits (Sunnyday made quite a good dent in the ones I made yesterday but there are still plenty left!) so... does anyone want to play 'Guess what I bought?' It cost less than £20. 2 Quote
Froglet Posted August 16, 2012 Author Posted August 16, 2012 Nope! Too tiny to really justify a wheelbarrow and too many neighbourhood cats for a birdbath. Quote
Sharky Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Would love to but now I've actually got to grips with the paperwork for September (I thought it was being reduced!) I'm about to re-do a child's learning journal with the new sheets, progress chart, etc. to see if the system works. I promised I would re-do it as the daddy left it out in the rain and ruined the photos etc. and this little girl and her mum look at it almost daily! A barbecue? 1 Quote
Froglet Posted August 16, 2012 Author Posted August 16, 2012 Definitely a liquid element but not a rain gauge. Quote
sunnyday Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Biscuits were yummy thank you! :1b Hmmmm..........a water feature of some sort? A thermometer thingy? Quote
Froglet Posted August 16, 2012 Author Posted August 16, 2012 Liquid isn't water. Isn't a thermometer - my feet act as one of those - is it fluffy sock weather or not is how they work! Bigger than a thermometer, smaller than a water butt. Not liquid for very long. Quote
sunnyday Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012       hmmmm.......... Quote
Froglet Posted August 16, 2012 Author Posted August 16, 2012 It will make things look prettier. Quote
Froglet Posted August 16, 2012 Author Posted August 16, 2012 No. According to another thread on here at the moment you could put it in a soap dispenser! Quote
Froglet Posted August 16, 2012 Author Posted August 16, 2012 Yep, a huge tub of dark brown paint to paint all the trellis panels that are going round my fence so I can grow nice flowers up them! My dad has been an absolute star painting them all. Someone else's turn? 1 Quote
sunnyday Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Yay - I won......is there a prize - is it biscuits? OK - I had something delivered yesterday - cost £20.00 - colour purple........... 1 Quote

Cait Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Aha, so you ARE doing hat! Doh! That means I'll have to have one too! Quote
sunnyday Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Cait - you of all people should know that there is no way that I am wearing a flippin' hat - NO, NO, NO! Quote
Froglet Posted August 16, 2012 Author Posted August 16, 2012 I was only joking - don't shout at me! A gnome? Indoor/outdoor cushions? Fancy salad bowl? Quote
sunnyday Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Nope - you were on the right track with the wedding! :1b Quote
sunnyday Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Oh no! - Now I have lost 'new content' function - must be all the shouting Quote
