I am in the process of reviewing ours and was going to include no persons under the age of 18 unless they have parental responsibility but maybe 16 is better ? It used to be 18 but a parent complained that we wouldnt let her nearly 17 year collect his little sister and when we stopped to think about it, 18 did seem to old. It helps though if you know the family a little.
