Survival Kit

Hello everyone,

I have a friend who is due to go on her first ever school residential trip (with Y6 children) and I want to make a silly survival kit. The ideas I have so far:

ear plugs

paracetamol

emergency chocolate (you know you can get some that is actually packaged as emergency chocolate)

map

paper aeroplane/balloon/picture of a carrier pigeon - there's very little mobile signal where they're going.

Has anyone got any other silly ideas - I'm planning to wrap it all up in something like a Ben10 bag/box (he has adventures too or maybe Dora?!) and add an explanatory note to each thing.

Just think it might ease any tension or nerves a bit.

Any ideas/jokes/suggestions gratefully received!

some paper bags 'blown up'... so she can take some 'deep breaths' :o

an egg timer... so she can give herself some 'time out' before she responds to the little darlings xD

a child's 'comfort' cloth/blanket... I expect she's gonna need it :(

some multi vitamin tablets... she'll need all the extra strength she can muster :(

a 'chill out' CD

My friend gave me a survival kit that included a rubber band to keep things together, a marble for when I lose mine, a penny so I would never be caught short and a piece of chocolate for emergencies.
