Guest Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 Oh I so sympathise. I now have so many safe places that I can't remember the safe places any more. I keep thinking I will go through my "safe places" and empty them and start a fresh but then I forget!!!! I have decided that its just that I try and do to much at once but usually forget what i was doing!!!! Quote
Cait Posted May 31, 2010 Author Posted May 31, 2010 Me too with the safe places! I keep thinking I aught to tell folk where they all are! I can remember my mum showing me where her jewellery was kept - on one of the beams in the loft! Never have found that in a month of sundays! Quote
Inge Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 I was glad my mum told me where the safe places in her house were... I would never have found them. Dad had built the fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers , so had made one there.. I had to remove the bottom drawer and reach in under the wardrobe from there... He did it in 2 rooms... and when we eventually checked there it was very worthwhile... turned out to be the emergency stash needed just in case... now must remember to tell son where mine is! not that there is anything in it!
