  2. yes Louby loo my thoughts too. first word that sprung to mind was 'appreciate' Glad whatever has been said has boosted you Froglet.
  3. 🙁 Granddaughters nursery is stopping Tapestry, they are moving to a system called iconnect. Suppose inevitable others in the sector would bring something out, but made me sad to read it today.
  4. Gezabel, I am so sorry to learn you news. (((((( )))))))
  5. https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b07x0772/coast-the-great-guide-1-cornwall Dont remember exactly how far into programme it goes to Coverack but the whole programme was very good. Also Channel 4 had another Cornwall programme called Britain by Beach which was a great watch - its on catch up now. They went to Perrenporth, where I spent many holidays as a child, to Porthcurno, another opportunity to learn about telecommunications - and Padstow - another little learning opportunity about sustainable lobster fishing!
  6. Love it Zigzag - I was watching an old Coast programme yesterday all about Cornwall they went to Coverack and talked about the rocks there - very interesting

  10. Nothing here either, but did see flooding in Truro on the news
  11. Orpington exceedingly built up and busy being so close to London, easy to commute from. My friend runs her bridal shop there.
  12. im about 5 miles from Fordcombe!
  13. yes I saw it on local news - you obviously fulfill the Beeb's love of the "worst" story they can find😆 I did disagree with my husband for a long time that the BBC were only happy when making mischief for governments and organisations but lately I do see what he means. Just doesn't really go anywhere though does it - when they were trying to show the plight of nurseries did it really make a difference?
  14. Dont know how you cope Zigzag😆
  15. wouldnt that be great 😍
  16. Oh my zigzag what compensation!!
  17. Sounds like all going well Froglet

  23. 2 and half year old caught on video last night counting on her fingers while singing 12345 once I caught a fish alive - certainly quoted a statement in my head 🤣🥰
  24. Take it one day at a time Zigzag leaving a major part of your life takes a while to settle down. and I agree reading the cards etc. so emotional, even when I was having a major clear out a few months ago and came across loads of cards it still affected me and I found it hard - even hard to part with, but needs must. Hopefully, less stress in your life, time to mourn your dear dad - hope you don't have to abandon us, but do try to get a photo to us of the lovely property you are cleaning!!!
  25. this i have to watch 😂
