OlayaTapestrySupport
Hi Alice, Absolutely! Each subscription size determines the limit of active children that an account can accommodate at any given time. This means that, at the moment, you'd only be able to add as many new children as free spaces you have available in the account. We generally advise to finish the learning journals for the current children before deleting them from the account. Once you are sure no more assessments or observations need to be added to the current cohort, and that you no longer need access to their tracking screens, you'd be able to download a PDF version of their journals, delete or deactivate the children that are moving up/away, and then add any new children, which can be done in bulk via a CSV file. You'd also be able to download any of the tracking screens into PDF or CSV for your records, this can be done by clicking on the 'PDF/CSV' export buttons that you'd find on the top right hand corner on every tracking screen. Similarly, if any of the children are moving to a setting that also uses Tapestry, or to an additional Tapestry within your setting, you'd be able to transfer their profiles. Please rest assured that relatives will not get deactivated alongside their children, so they'd still be able to access their account and download their children's PDF journals for the full 30 day period despite the children no longer being active in the account. Do remember to deactivate or delete the relatives once they no longer need access to the Tapestry account. We also have a forum post available on our FSF website that can help you with managing your accounts before the start of the new academic year: How to prepare your Tapestry account for the next academic year I hope this was helpful, but please do let us know if there's anything else we can do for you. Best wishes, Olaya
