We usually get a good response, although I get a little frustrated with the applications from people who are clearly applying to tick a box with the Job Centre and benefits agency! MarshaD Posted January 25, 2019 Share Posted January 25, 2019 I need to recruit - pretty quickly as it happens. I was thinking about using an agency as they might pool a wider range of candidates. The last time I recruited I ended up with a very small shortlist. Downside is that they want £1200 for the privilege. Anyone gone down this route? The trouble is, the usual route for recruiting takes such a long time, especially if the right candidate then has to give notice in their current job.
