Fredbear Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 A warm welcome Doctor, this isn't a requirement in our area. Check with your LA Early years team to be sure.
Guest Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 Welcome from me too! I'm in nursery and it's not a requirement in my LEA.
HappyMaz Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 Welcome to the Forum, doctor! That must be a relief, knowing you don't need to do that!
Foreveryoung Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 We have to submit all 2 year funded children assessments in termly and then so many settings are picked for moderation visits other than that we don't submit other assessments.
LKeyteach Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 We don't have any requirement to send assessments anywhere either. Welcome Doctor, good question.
doctor Posted March 30, 2015 Author Posted March 30, 2015 Thank you for replying. One less thing to do.
Cait Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Yes, I had to send all funded children's assessments to County. This was done via the secure portal and it was a spreadsheet that I completed that showed the area age bands where children were secure when they left us for school. It was a requirement of funding that we did this.
