I got curious and Googled. There are several recipes there. I also found a rhyme:

I woke up with such a scare when I heard Santa call...
"Now dash away, dash away, dash away all!"
I ran to the lawn, and in the snowy white drifts,
those nasty reindeer had left "little gifts".

I got an old shovel and started to scoop
Neat little piles of "reindeer poop."
but to throw them away seemed such a waste,
So I saved them, thinking you might like a taste!

As I finished my task, which took quite a while,
Old Santa passed by and he sheepishly smiled.
And I heard him exclaim as he rose to the sky~~~
"Well, they're not potty trained, but at least they can fly!"

How about llama poo - I have plenty of that, and it's fresh!

My delightful dog could find you some fox poo with no trouble at all. It smells lovely... :D

(sorry that's not very helpful, I don't have any poo recipes!)

I'd make chocolate dough with glitter and dont forget the Reindeer food, oats with glitter :1b

the ones I have seen are often pre bought chocolate coated nuts or raisins...

but local school sold them at Christmas Fair and they were chocolate crispies with a few raisins thrown in.. made with lots of chocolate.

Thank you all for your suggestions. We made it a few years ago and one mother was heard saying "I've not tasted poo like this before" !!! as she tasted some. I think there was raisins in it but. It was also a bit chewy. It was very yummy for poo !!

there are bird friendly recipes for the reindeer food..

or if using the standard recipe use edible glitter from a cake food shop or from the cake aisle in supermarket.. which is what we did

they were good money spinners this time of year we sold them to parents rather than have children make them ;)
