Panders Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 We were only talking about this the other morning, the amount of toot I'm given at tidy up time and I pop it in my pocket! This evening I have a child's empty bag of sweet and salty popcorn and £1.01 1 Quote

Froglet Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 I'm feeling that I'm not a proper Early Years person; my coat pockets generally only have gloves and emergency tissues in! I used to always have an apron on at work and the pocket on that used to be filled with all sorts of random things by the end of the day. I do feel slightly redeemed as I've just found a balloon in my coat pocket! Is there any hope for me?! 2 Quote

Froglet Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 redemption is in your grasp if you can tell me three things to do with your balloon! Well, you could just blow it up! but my 3 choices are: 1. put it on the top of a bottle with yeast, water and sugar it to watch it grow. 2. blow it up and use it as a space hopper 3. fill it with jelly until it explodes! Am I destined for Y6?  Quote

Froglet Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014 i give you honorary membership of WIMP (what's in my pocket!) Phew! :1b I've been pondering and realised that the main issue is that I don't have pockets! So when I get given random things they get put on top of my computer/desk so before I cleared it off yesterday afternoon there were a pile of autumn leaves (waiting to be made into a number line!) some battery operated tealights, a heart-shaped pull from a zip, a lego brick, a rubber band and quite a lot of dust! lashes2508 Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Use that balloon for firing pom poms or marsh mallows much fun , add a plastic cup and your away , this post did make me laugh as we use the saying ' I have something in my pocket for you ' but it refers to a rude gesture when we are feeling mischievous or peed off ! 1 Quote
Guest SamG Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 I nearly left work with a pair of toy pliers, a Barbie dolls head and 6 hair clips. Good job I spotted them when I went in my pocket for my locker key or my hubby may have wondered what I had been doling at work today!!! Quote
Guest Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 2 hair slides, my hat, a pair of mittens, a leaf, a pine cone and a folded piece of paper that was a train ticket. Quote
