diesel10 Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Can't think what you might have changed that they would want to know about. If you are changing your registration their are forms on the website or give them a ring.

finleysmaid Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 abc does has an environment form in one of his books which does this. Personally i use my sef and a yearly action plan to tell them what i have changed and what i will change.

Had a EY consultation and the lady suggested I made a form to record changes, what is seen to make me want to change it and then the outcome after the change.... I have just written a brief reflection sheet but in hind sight I think adding to bottom of planning sheet is the way forward!
