HappyMaz
I must say these are all lovely suggestions - the narrow boat sounds idyllic! I've just booked to go to the top of the Shard to celebrate my birthday - getting excited now! :1b And if I can persuade someone to come with me I'm also going to walk over the top of the 02!

Guest
I managed to pull off the surprise family meal last night for my husbands 50th birthday. I gave him vouchers for 2 for 1 at McDonalds and said I thought we'd eat out as I'd been too busy packing his case but ended up at a gastro pub instead I thought you might like to see the cake I had made for him of our must do before we are 50 narrowboat complete with our dogs and yes Lottie like to be on the roof (nosey like her mum  ) Edited February 21, 2013 by Guest
