Hi all I have got a little bit of work to do over the hols and want to come up with a new tracker to pull all of our observations together easily without confusing all the staff - has anyone got any ideas or suggestions.

Many thanks

hi....do u mean a tracker to make sure obs for all children are being done, if so i have a grid showing all children with key person initials with 7 columns for each wk of half term, when formal obs has been done we highlight name and tick wk it was done, that was i can quickly see whos staying on top of their obs and who isnt, i know 1 formal per half term doesnt sound much but even that takes a fair bit of non contact time,

but if u mean how to gather all the info together other than taking what you've learnt from them and recording in assessment record then sorry i dont...............but someone will :o

Hello,

Can you please attach a copy of the grid please, if you don't mind it seems quite good for monitoring staff, and observations on children.

Thanks
