It's time to vote for your favourite limerick in this months competition. Some people posted more than 1 limerick but I have just taken the first one from each of these people. If you are one of these people and would like me to change your entry to one of your other limericks then just let me know. :o Because we had so many entries, and it was going to be so difficult to choose a winner, I have split the entries into three 'rounds'. These have been chosen entirely at random. Vote for your favourite in each round and after 4 days I'll take the top 2 from each round for a final vote off. xD So get voting everyone. :(

Meant to say, if you click on the names in the poll it will take you to their entry. :(

WOW, I'm impressed with the entries and VERY impressed with the voting set-up, especially having the links to the limericks. WELL DONE EVERYONE (grade:GOOD) :o and for Beau (grade: OUTSTANDING) xD:(

Off to re-read the limericks and vote.

Ignore last message. I didnt read properly and so didnt vote in all rounds. Silly me :(

Vote worked now

Thank goodness for that as I didn't have a clue what you were on about! :(

Thanks for your kind words Peggy. :( I'm aware that I have been more than a little late with this months competition, both in regards to setting it and then doing the voting but we have a lot going on here at the moment and I find the days are whizzing by. :o It is good to get some positive feedback though in spite of this. xD

I agree Jacquie, a great set of poets in our midst! It does make the voting extremely hard though.

I am certain that there are some people in our midst dying to ask this question so the million dollar question is...

Can you vote for yourself? :o

Of course you can - but that would definitely fall into the category of ungentemanly conduct, DDC!

Which would go against all my principles Maz, unless Tanya Byron was involved of course! :o

You'd like to be ungentlemanly with Tanya Byron, or Tanya Byron evokes your ungentleman like nature???

No matter how many times i read that question, both statements seem the same...

But anyway, I was trying to say that I am a gentleman by nature but that woman irritates me and brings out the worst in me!

Hope that clears it up! :o

I'm not going to mention DaddyDayCare in case he becomes too big headed. xD

Now Beau. If you'd had the pleasure of meeting DDC you'd realise that he is in fact a shy, modest and retiring chap. Unless of course your name happens to be Tanya... :o

Voting is really simple! Just click on the ones you like best from each heat - you don't even need to post in the thread at all. Come on, I'm sure we can do better than 32 votes!! :o
