Please could somebody point me in the direction of where to find some guidance???? Thanks in advance.
mundia
You can find the SEF guidance here The appendix at the back gives details of how you are graded so use this as a guide.
Guest
Thank you so much! I had the guidance but for some reason not the annex. Brilliant!!! I love this forum x
HappyMaz
And to add another question but not about grading (am avoiding that bit like the plague at the moment for fear of depressing myself even further). Should I write in the first or third person? Maz

HappyMaz
BANG BANG M  Pardon? Just read Rea's post on another thread and it makes senst to me now. However in my own defence, I believe the hour had passed (and hali I was asking a question about the SEF so surely that didn't count ) Maz Edited February 7, 2009 by HappyMaz
mundia
Ive not been asked that one before Maz, but Id think first person otherwise it may look like you're talking about another setting?
HappyMaz
Ive not been asked that one before Maz, but Id think first person otherwise it may look like you're talking about another setting? Yes, that's what I decided mundia, and besides I was worried Mrs O might think I had no 'emotional buy in' to my group! Its hard though after writing for the degree: must remember to 'we we we' all the way to the end!

HappyMaz
Would that be 'we we we all the way home'? Well yes, except that I am already at home, so I thought 'to the end' was more appropriate! Although if you notice I didn't specify which end I was referring to - the SEF or my tether, since I'm unsure which I'll reach first!
Guest
Hi new to this, I have been doing my sef for a while now and am having a panic attack. I'm sure Ofsted are coming through the door soon. I have given my designated staff their areas to do. They have just finished their NVQ's and are still in the right mode to do the work. HELP!!! Dont you think we should have been shown how to do this first
