MarshaD
Advice needed please... I have a member of staff who has a hospital appointment coming up which will leave me one two year old too many for an hour and three quarters. Would this count as limited circumstances? Do you think it would be permissible to use a volunteer as a one off - or should I look for agency cover? What do you think?
finleysmaid
i'd use a volunteer that way you should be covered depending on the qualifications of your other staff.
Inge
I would also find a volunteer.. providing it leaves enough qualified staff .

Panders
Are your twos close to being rising 3's? I think you would be fine with a volunteer.
