twinthinguk
after reading posts about complaints procedures and people having parents who contact Ofsted, I am looking at our preschool procedure.....I need a good incident report form, we have one but its not really fit for purpose as it covers accidents but not things like injuries caused by bites etc, and also I am aware that we need a good paper trail for evidence and so I am looking for a good way of recording complaints and the conversations with parents, to show how we have responded and evaluated the situations, can anyone point in the right direction, many thanks. diesel10
That's a good idea. At the moment we just use a book and staff write the what happened but a template to unsure everything was included would be a good idea.

twinthinguk
Psla have a book for complaints etc with template in psla? will have to go investigate that, I found the providers complaint record on here in the resources download bit, its a start as the one we had still mentioned the old standards ( before EYFS I gather) so at least I have an updated version of that x
