klc106 Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 Hi All I'm in the process of reviewing and updating our policies. There are only a few that need to have anything changed in them. How do you show that you have reviewed yours? Do you reprint them all? I was thinking of just resigning and dating the current policies to show I have reviewed them and just reprinting the ones I have changed? What do you think :1b Quote
lashes2508 Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 we put a review date on bottom and if no change then signed and footnote to say no changes- then reprint any new ones with amendments 5 Quote
sunnyday Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 Would you please stop reminding me of all the 'jobs' that I should be getting on with  5 Quote
klc106 Posted August 13, 2013 Author Posted August 13, 2013 Sorry Sunnyday! I've been putting them off for too long! :1b 1 Quote
Stargrower Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 Sign and date to say it has been reviewed. I don't put that I haven't made any changes. 1 Quote
Guest Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 I add the change date to the listing in the index and all staff re-read the policies at the start of each term and sign to declare that they have Quote
enuffsenuf Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 dont forget if you are committee run then they need to formally adopt the new policies or any changes Quote
Guest Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 That's what I do , write reviewed the date and by whom, I only reprint if I alter Quote
Guest Posted August 17, 2013 Posted August 17, 2013 Another thing to the A4 list Thanks - I also just write the review date. Quote
