Steve Posted May 5, 2011 Share Posted May 5, 2011 I think it's because it's a link to a pdf document rather than a standard web page, and browsers are having the occasional hiccup when trying to open it. If anyone does have a problem just try the link a couple of times and you may well find your browser comes to its senses. Am I anthropomorphising a little too much here?
