I am a bit concerned that a whispering campaign got all the way to court, it also made me realise just how vulnerable we all are and how important surrounding ourselves with a really good team is a key factor. Guest Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 If she was innocent, then it is a good result. If there was ANY truth in it, then it was a bad result. Which is the crux of it all really, there will always be those that believe 'maybe she did, maybe she didnt', I really hope and want to believe in our justice system and that is is innocent of all accussations, but how awful for her and her family. Will be interesting to see if the people who brought the accusations will be charged with 'malicious intent', as I feel they should be, or where is the deterant for anyone who you dont get on with to just say what they want. narnia Posted April 2, 2010 Posted April 2, 2010 That was exactly my point, cupcake. I also try to believe our system of justice works, but in the end, only those involved really know the truth. I wasn't implying that this girl got away with anything, simply saying that if she's innocent, it's good, but if not then it's a bad day for justice, certainly, but for the children, definately. And I also believe that the people who accused her, if they were lying, should be charged. Quote
