It's the best! and honestly - it's great seeing my staff grow in confidence as they plan for their children too. In the past they contributed to planning, but it was me who actually planned for the individual children -all 30 of them! They didn't have the confidence to take this on themselves, but with EYFS - which we we trialled last year too, they have really blossomed!
