I have been completing and EY2 this afternoon but it won't accept my DBS number that is registered with the update service. I have emailed ofsted to ask but know they won't get back to me for a while. Does anyone know why. I have read some ofsted info and it says that it must be enhanced and state child workforce which mine does. It was completed through Capita aswell. Sorry, can't help with the question though except to ask - is the update service still 'live' on your dbs as I am not sure, but I think that you have confirm payment every year?
