bumblerabbit Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 So confused i'm being told that both parents have to be keyworkers to keep their child in pre-school
sunnyday Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 I have read that somewhere too - might have been info from our local primary - I will go and have a look
sunnyday Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 Just checked - it says "we would need to know the occupations of both parents"
ATurner Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 This is the question I would also like to know. Where does it say both parents?

Stargrower Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 If only one parent is a keyworker, they expect the other parent to stop work and care for the child/ren. Therefore they're not entitled to go to school or have childcare.

However all children SHOULD be kept out of school if at all possible
Stargrower Posted March 20, 2020 Posted March 20, 2020 Thanks finleysmaid. I think it was another social media rumour!
