blondie
Hi, this might be a good starting point - it came from Hantsweb so is freely available to download. However, if you goggle early years employment contracts lots will come up - good luck :-) contract_of_employment.doc Edited March 14, 2017 by blondie
lsp
You may want to check with ACAS - is this for new staff as I am not sure it's as simple as just changing contracts for existing employees.

nomski100
Hiya Term time get pro-rate holiday pay.My staff work 38 weeks and get 4.6 weeks holiday pay. If you want up to date contracts, policies etc then pre-School learning alliance are excellent. You buy the file but they also send book. Membership is cheap for setting and lots of free training?
