Hi All,
Does anyone have a contract of employment they could share? I need to update ours

I've just started looking at this as our contracts are so old . and could do with some help and guidance.

Also HOLIDAY PAY, I currently pay 5.6 weeks but my staff only work 38 weeks (term time only) could do with help on the right way to calculate holiday pay?

I work in a Pre-school if that's of any help!?
Be great for any help/advice, re-assurance ;-)

You may want to check with ACAS - is this for new staff as I am not sure it's as simple as just changing contracts for existing employees.

Hiya

Term time get pro-rate holiday pay.My staff work 38 weeks and get 4.6 weeks holiday pay. If you want up to date contracts, policies etc then pre-School learning alliance are excellent. You buy the file but they also send book. Membership is cheap for setting and lots of free training?

I'm sure there is a government page where there is a calculator that works out holiday pay for you, or at least how many days some one is entitled to. can't remember where i found it but i googled how to work out holiday pay and it came up. hope this helps
