Guest Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 Are any of you registered charities? if so who audits or carries out your Independent examination on your accounts? A ex parent who runs their own business used to check over ours but this year they can't and now Im not sure who to ask? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Fredbear Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 We use a company that also do our payroll. Have you tried any accountancy firms, they often give discounts for charitable groups.
sunnyday Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 Virtually anyone can do that - are you in a village? If so perhaps you could ask your Parish Council Clerk.......if not perhaps another of your parents......

They are subsidised to offer accounting and audit services to small charities and voluntary groups at much lower rates.
