Verona Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 Hi. I was wondering if you know how long I should keep Childrens registration forms (before they start - all information about them , the family, etc), parents declaration forms for Free Entitlement, permission granted from parents forms to go on trips out, FIRST team communication letters, Child Protection minutes and daily registers. I really have to de clutter and start shredding as the filing cabinets are full now and I don't want to buy any more!!! Obviously I don't want to get rid of things that I shouldn't - so please can anyone let me know what they do. Thanks in advance V Quote

louby loo Posted February 22, 2015 Posted February 22, 2015 FE forms must be kept for 7 years FE ? is that Free Education? If so. ours need to be kept three years + plus current (so four years) This is what out LA asks. I guess each LA has differing expectations for certain information. Quote

Guest Posted February 23, 2015 Posted February 23, 2015 You need to keep a copy not necessarily the original ones. We've started scanning to a cloud system and shredding!! very therapeutic lol Quote
