narnia Posted December 2, 2014 Share Posted December 2, 2014 SHHHH, I am looking at an option to open a new preschool, but the business plan for it has to be in by FRIDAY!!! Only had the forms through last night. Does anyone have a business plan i could look at, to get an idea of what i need to put in it?? They want two years plan, so costs involved etc, fee structure. It is a great oportunity and i think there will be lots of interest, so need the plan to be good............and we have had a relative admitted to hospital last night for end of life care, so chaos reigns right now. I'm not sure how good it is because the woman who nagged for it for 3 years didnt even open the front cover when I finally gave it to her! Fredbear Posted December 2, 2014 Share Posted December 2, 2014 I did have one for a Capital Building Grant application, but I'm afraid it's not on my home computer. If my memory serves me right it was quite an indepth form. It included items such as potential users, aims and objectives, advertising, sustainability, fees/ funding, cash flow, audited accounts for the past financial year. Outgoings such as rent, wages, insurance as well as consumables, contingency money, set up costs, which included 3 quotes for works if possible as well. Good luck with this it sounds very exciting.
