zigzag
I am new to the job of SENCO. My deputy was our SENCO and has now retired so it has fallen into my lap. I am booked on a two day training course in December and am currently trying to get up to speed pretty darn quick!! I am about to start updating our policy and was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their updated policies to help me out. Obviously I know that to a certain extent they are personal to our own settings but would be so grateful for a helping hand. :1b

Wildflowers
I put ours under another thread (not yet checked by the Area Inco). I think there are a couple going, related to the new Code of Practice. Edited October 1, 2014 by Wildflowers
mrsbat
Are you still calling your senco this or are they now SENDco's ? I've changed mine Still SENCO, I did ask the council about it and they said that the fact the COP still refers to them as SENCO's rather than SENDCO's to keep it as it is
