I've read the instructions but have no idea what to do. I've managed to add a staff member but non-activated. What is the secret word that the employer should pass on to the applicant? It is so long and complicated that I think I need a solicitor to check it over! Maybe paper versions are the only option. Also, I am the nominated person / manager did Ofsted carry out my CRB originally and would they need to request it to be redone if they wanted to? We used tmg online and I always found them good but I haven't done one for a couple of months so it may have changed judging by everyone's opinions recently!
