SueJ Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Have you seen this article http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-21833929 I presume when the reporter talks about the childcare vouchers she is referring to salary sacrifice schemes and not the universal early education funding which some people still refer to as childcare vouchers.
finleysmaid Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 this is just a rehash of what we have already but again punishing those parents who wish to stay at home....at present either parent is able to access vouchers so if only one is working that's fine but this preposal suggests BOTH parents must be working 1
Greenfinch Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Yes,what about single parents? Can't believe this (or should I not be surprised!) don't get me started....
Rea Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Penalising anyone who wants to work and cant find a job through no fault of their own too! 1
HoneyPancakes Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 Penalising anyone who wants to work and cant find a job through no fault of their own too! I agree but non working families might be eligable for two year old funding which will help from then.
