klc106
Hello We have a parent who wants her daughter to attend our pre-school as well as another one and she is entitled to 3&4 year old funding. She attends the other nursery for 10 hrs (2x5 hour sessions) and would like to attend ours on a tuesday which is a 6 hour session. Can I allow this and not charge her parents for the extra hour as long as I only claim for the 5 hours NEF? Hope that makes sense and you can help? Fredbear
Surely anything over the 15 hours can be charged by you at your hourly rate.

Mouseketeer
We do....our fees policy states that if parents choose to use all or some of their funded hours at another setting meaning we are not able to claim the total of hours they attend our setting then they will be charged at our hourly rate (which is higher than funded rate)
