hi

i know i am a bit ahead of myself ( but am expecting ofsted from september onwards so want to be organised) - does anyone have a parent questionnaire i could have a look at and adapt for my setting please?

we usually send one out towards the end of the school year but didnt this year and wondered whether to send one out for new starters for their input and wait a while then send one out for ones that stayed on with us ?

thanks x

i also forgot to get mine out to 'leavers' so was also thinking i'd give one to the parents returning as soon as we get back (asking about any areas for improvement that i could add to our sef- would tick another ofsted also), and then one to new intake parents at end of term.

There are lots of examples of questionnaires on here if you do a search. I have uploaded at least one before on a thread where there were others. I tend to have a trend, this last year it was about the way we communicate with parents, so questions about whether they find the newsletters informative and frequent enough. Whether they enjoy the daily blog page, if they come to committee meetings and if not, why not and is there a better time to meet. If they find the termly progress meetings helpful, whether they like the diaries.... That type of thing.
