Silly Me!

Yesterday morning I fell over just getting out of my car and I've badly sprained my ankle. I've also scraped all my knee and elbow on my other side to the bad ankle.

This is the same ankle I hurt some 5.5 years ago and ended up needing surgery on. Crapola indeed.

Just hoping I'm back at work on Monday and not off for 3 months like last time.

Wishing you a speedy recovery and if it makes you feel better you are not the only one who falls over. I fell over fresh air outside and into a brick wall. More of a graze than a 'bang' but it was my face that took the full force . Not a pretty sight and can't hide it but the replies to the 'oh no what have you done' are getting a bit shorter each time!!!!
