narnia Posted June 1, 2012 Share Posted June 1, 2012 We were having our snack today when there was a knock on the door.................and in came a lady with an Olympic Torch for the children to see!! She knew we'd like to see one because she teaches netball to mums in the village and was showing her torch to them and one of them said.. 'oh, I know who'd LOVE to see that'.........................so, one visitor duly turned up ! She was brilliant, allowed the children to hold it, then take it onto the park to run with it and have thier photos taken with it too! absolutely lovely ( I even had my photo taken with it and I LOATHE having my photo taken!!).........nice start to the Jubilee weekend 6 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
