Have you thought about widening your horizons and looking for work in a holiday/out of school setting? That might make a perfect match with your term time job, and develop a different skill set. When I was thinking about doing agency, I decided on going direct to settings (partly to see if I liked them!!) and I was able to negotiate at rate higher than 'staff role rate' but lower than agency........... which actually worked out more per hour than I'd have been paid by agency anyway.
