On Friday I have an interview in a local building society for office work. Inevitably they will ask the question ' what are your strengths and weaknesses' So just for fun I wondered what your responses would be to that question. Your strengths and weaknesses as a person and not for the work you do. Be honest Quote

Rea Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 Strengths: Honest, loyal, fun, willing, Weaknesses: Cant always keep my mouth shut if someone does something against me or mine, untidy, cant nag, forgetful, and probably loads more but the forgetfulness helps there Quote

Strength - supportive weakness - I don't mind doing an OK job or: Strengths - can get lots of tasks done to an acceptable standard without getting stressed about being a ridiculous perfectionist weakness - can inhibit others developing independence/ self-reflection skills Quote
