Inge Posted March 6, 2010 Share Posted March 6, 2010 business link is always my first port of call when unsure of things... dont you have an employment policy or whatever it is called which lays this all out.. we did and we had to follow what it said in there.. and all staff were given a copy with their contract of employment - or is this one you are now writing? JacquieL Posted March 6, 2010 Share Posted March 6, 2010 Staff are supposed to be given a copy of both the Grievance and Disciplinary procedures with their Statement of Particulars when they take up a post.
