Have downloaded item from sparklebox (bear footprint) and when I print it it only prints what is in the txt box and not the image? It must be something to do with word/printing but cant see it. sunnyday Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 Hi Marley .....if it's any consolation........I tried to download an 'Autumn wordmat' from sparklebox a couple of weeks ago.......I tried 3 times and wasted loads of ink.......it would only print half of the picture!!! Not much help - but just to let you know you are not alone!!! Quote

It appeared to download but then wouldn't open and the other item which did download properly wouldn't print. Maybe there is a problem with their site at the moment. Nicky Sussex Quote
